From intimate and romantic to elaborate and unexpected, VIBE creates personalized proposal experiences designed around the couple, their story, and the moment they want to create.

The experience may include:

  • Personalized creative concept and styling
  • Seasonal house florals
  • Candlelight and ambient lighting
  • Décor and meaningful personal details
  • Signage when desired
  • Location and setup planning
  • Complete setup and breakdown

Every proposal is different. Specialty or additional florals, photography, dining, entertainment, rentals, and other enhancements can be added based on the client’s vision and budget.

Romantic Dinner for Two

An intimate dining experience, styled by VIBE.

Turn dinner for two into a moment worth remembering. VIBE creates a personalized, beautifully styled setting designed around the occasion, color palette, and feeling the client wants to create.

  • Complete tablescape design and styling
  • Seasonal house florals
  • Candles and ambient lighting
  • Thoughtful décor accents personalized to the occasion

Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, date nights, romantic surprises, or simply creating a beautiful evening together.

Food and beverages are not included. Specialty or additional florals, custom rentals, elaborate décor, and other enhancements are available at an additional cost.

Luxury Picnic Experience

Starting at $650

A beautifully styled picnic experience designed for celebrating, connecting, and creating memories.

Includes:

  • Low picnic table
  • Rug and floor cushions
  • Blankets and layered textiles
  • Table linens and napkins
  • Coordinated tableware
  • Seasonal house florals
  • Candles or lanterns
  • Themed décor accents
  • Complete styling, setup, and breakdown

Starting price includes 2–6 guests and a 2-hour experience.

Additional guests, additional time, food, beverages, specialty florals, and other enhancements are available at an additional cost.

Custom Celebrations & Events

Starting at $550

Most celebrations begin between $550–$2,500+, depending on scope and complexity.

From intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, VIBE creates custom events designed around the client’s vision, guests, occasion, and how they want the experience to feel.

This may include birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, showers, dinner parties, themed celebrations, corporate gatherings, milestone events, and other special occasions.

The experience may include concept and design, tablescapes, décor, seasonal house florals, lighting, sourcing, rentals, setup and styling, vendor coordination, and other creative elements depending on the event.

Starting pricing reflects VIBE’s design and styling services.

Décor, specialty florals, rentals, catering, entertainment, venue fees, outside vendors, and other third-party costs are additional unless specifically included in the client’s proposal.

Final pricing is based on the size, scope, location, and complexity of the event.

Notes & travel

V!BE is based in El Dorado Hills, California and designs events throughout California. Events outside the greater Sacramento region may require a custom quote to account for travel time, mileage, or overnight accommodations.

Special-moment experiences are styling-only unless otherwise noted. Food, beverages, and venue fees are not included. Outdoor setups are weather-dependent and subject to safety considerations.
