Curated Getaway

Perfect for couples or travelers who know where they're going but want someone else to thoughtfully plan the experience.

We begin with a personal consultation to learn about the travelers — their interests, food and wine preferences, travel style, what they enjoy and want to avoid, whether they've visited the destination before, and the budget they would like to spend.

VIBE then creates and coordinates a personalized getaway that may include:

Destination research
Personalized day-by-day itinerary
Restaurant recommendations and reservations
Wineries and tasting experiences
Spa reservations
Activities and excursions
Places to see and explore
Transportation and car-service coordination
Special experiences based on the travelers' interests
Reservation details organized into one final itinerary

Starting pricing is based on a shorter getaway for up to two travelers and one destination. Longer trips, additional travelers, multiple destinations, or more complex planning are customized accordingly.

Signature Escape includes the personalized planning and reservation coordination of Curated Getaway, with an additional layer of thoughtful details and special moments throughout the trip.

Transportation has been arranged. The house is ready. The refrigerator and bar are stocked with the things your group requested. Rooms have been personalized. Welcome gifts are waiting. Reservations are made. Activities are planned.

No one in the group has spent weeks researching, making reservations, grocery shopping after arrival, coordinating everyone's preferences, or trying to decide what to do next.

You simply arrive and start enjoying each other.

VIBE Full Escape is designed especially for groups who want the memories without taking on all the work behind them.

Pricing & customization

All ESCAPE prices are starting VIBE service fees. Every getaway can be customized based on the destination, number of travelers, length of stay, budget, level of personalization, and services requested.

Accommodations, transportation, airfare, groceries, beverages, dining, activities, gifts, décor purchases, private chefs, vendors, and other trip expenses are separate from VIBE's service fee unless specifically included in the client's proposal.

For destinations requiring VIBE to travel or stay overnight, necessary travel and accommodation expenses for VIBE personnel will be quoted separately.
